Our studios are heated to a minimum of 85 degrees.

The heat encourages a deeper opening of the physical body and promotes detoxification.
 

Hot Vinyasa 1
Suitable for beginning yoga practitioners as well as those who want to focus more on alignment and prefer a moderate pace.
Hot Vinyasa 1 to 2
A great transition for beginners to the level 2 class, this mixed level format introduces variations of basic postures and moves at a slightly faster pace than Level 1.
Hot Vinyasa 2
A more vigorous class for advanced beginners and intermediate level students. Expect to get sweaty and go upside down.
Hot Vinyasa 2 to 3
Prior yoga experience is recommended for this challenging class. Explore arm balances, more advanced variations of basic postures, as well as various pranayama (breath control) techniques. Expect to get very sweaty and go upside several times.
Hot Vinyasa with meditation
This class begins with a challenging physical practice to focus the mind, strengthen and open the body, and build the flow of prana (life energy). Class ends with relaxed attention in seated meditation. Modifications are offered to ease the discomfort of beginners and engage seasoned practitioners. Expect natural healing of the mind, the body, and the spirit.
Hot Vinyasa with weights (all levels)
A body conditioning yoga practice that incorporates weights, plyometric exercises and core strengthening movements. Students experience a well-balanced asana practice while isolating certain muscle groups to enhance strength and form. The room is moderately heated and suitable for all levels.
Vin/Yin Candlelight Yoga
Vin/Yin Yoga - A gentle, rhythmic Vinyasa class complemented by Yin yoga. Yin yoga emphasizes seated and reclining poses, which when held passively for 1-3 minutes, target the connective tissue of the hips pelvis, and lower spine. These classes will begin with a warming and creative Vinyasa sequence of sun salutations and standing poses, and will end with a gentle passive stretching sequence followed by restorative relaxation. Appropriate for all levels.
