YOGA FOR RUNNERS
When - Sunday Mornings 9:00 AM
Whether you are training for a marathon or just jog occassionally, this class is designed to support your body. Efficiently open the muscles that work the hardest during running. Learn essential breathing techniques that can keep you centered and sustain you during longer runs. You do not have to be a runner to enjoy this smart class. No prior yoga experience is needed.
CSOY YOGA BODY SCULPT
More challenging than simply vinyasa, now is the time to bring it up a little to the CSOY Yoga Body Sculpt with weights method. To increase your strength a body needs repetitions with resistance to increase our efficient strength. Heated so you will get a good sweat. Music is back ground for motivation. Bring a towel.
SOLAR YOGA
When - Saturday and Sunday at noon
SOME LIKE IT HOT! We turn up the temperature so you come out dripping. Need a great invigorating yoga workout? If the answer is yes then attend SOLAR YOGA. We have designed this active class which moves at a steady pace with stimulating music. Expect a class that challenges and builds your stamina. All levels welcome as we raise the bar on your yoga practice. The room is heated to 95 degrees.
